Ventilated control panel with stainless steel filter, stainless steel feet, fully welded watertight cooking chamber, rounded corners, front-mounted sealing gasket, double-drawn bottom for condensate and grease drainage, integrated steam condenser, removable door structure and heat diffusers, and large motorized door suitable for all cooking applications.
Triple-glazed door with ergonomic athermal handle, automatic safety closing system, integrated condensate recovery, hinged inner glass for easy cleaning, improved thermal insulation through air circulation between glass panels, microswitch fan stop when opening, side LED lighting, circular stainless steel heating elements, steam nebulizer, digital control panel with thermostat 25°C–300°C, timer 1 minute–8 hours, and IPX5 protection.
