Ventilated control panel with stainless steel filter, stainless steel feet, fully welded watertight cooking chamber, rounded corners, front-mounted sealing gasket, double-drawn bottom for grease and condensate drainage, integrated steam condenser, removable door structure, removable heat diffusers, large motorized door, and grease filter on the fan.
Triple-glazed door with ergonomic athermal handle, automatic safety closing system, integrated condensate recovery, hinged inner glass for easy cleaning, enhanced thermal insulation, fan-stop microswitch, side LED lighting, circular stainless steel heating elements, steam nebulizer, digital control panel with thermostat 25°C–300°C, timer 1 minute–8 hours, and IPX5 protection.
